Our production equipment consists of modern and versatile machines and equipment. We invest in energy efficiency, minimising environmental impacts and automation.
Categories
Sheet metal working centres
Four Amada sheet metal work centres with loading and unloading robots. Maximum blank size 1250 × 2500 mm.
Laser cutting
A 6 kW Amada ORSUS 3015 AJe fibre laser with an automatic sheet store, and a 3 kW JFY EFC fibre laser.
Press brakes
12 press brakes, including Amada HFE 3i and HRB. Maximum bending capacity L = 3000 and F = 2250 kN. We can also bend cones and other demanding shapes.
Laser welding
Three fibre laser welding units. A clean, durable weld seam, and thin materials do not warp.
Welding
TIG, MIG/MAG, spot and stud welding.
Threading, fastening and other equipment
CMA drilling and threading centre, PEM-Serter presses, threading machines, riveting, eccentric presses, lathe and plate shear.
Powder coating
Batch paint shop with modern Wagner Sprint powder coating equipment.
