Amada ORSUS fibre laser with an automatic sheet store
We have invested in an Amada ORSUS 3015 AJe fibre laser with an automatic ASF II 3015 EU sheet store.
The ORSUS 3015 AJe is a 6 kW Amada fibre laser cutting machine that cuts material 0.3–25 mm thick. It has a working area of 3070 × 1550 mm and a repeatability of ±0.01 mm. Ours is the first installation of the model in Finland.
The laser is served by an ASF II 3015 EU sheet storage tower. The tower stores raw sheets and cut sheets, loads a sheet onto the laser and unloads it after cutting. The next sheet is loaded while the current one is still being cut.
The line also includes an additional pallet table and an automatic slat cleaning system. Even heavy sheets are moved by machine.
