Quality and responsibility
The quality of our operations is certified by the ISO 9001:2015 quality certificate and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental certificate.
JL Levytekniikka Oy complies with the requirements of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
We are committed to following the Code of Conduct in all aspects, including our internal operations. We also require our suppliers to follow the guidelines. The guidelines are also included in our quality and environmental manual.
Environment
JL Levytekniikka Oy's goal is to take into account the environmental requirements in all its operations. Taking the environment into consideration is part of the company's business. We are constantly developing processes and operations in an environmentally friendly way.
We fulfil our packaging producer's responsibility by being part of Rinki. Rinki and producer organisations organise the collection and recycling of carton, glass, metal, plastic and wood packaging. Our company also uses recycled pallets.
Natural heat is a clear investment for the environment. The production facilities are heated using an environmentally friendly water-air heat pump (VILP).
Monitor ERP – reliable enterprise resource planning for industry
We use Monitor ERP, a modern enterprise resource planning system that keeps our production running smoothly, gives us precise material and stock control, and supports reliable delivery times. It connects all our processes, from quotation to final assembly and delivery, which gives our customers a transparent and cost-effective service.

Traceability
The ability to track products is important for reliable supply chain management. The entire supply chain of JL Levytekniikka is traceable from the end product to the origin of the raw materials.
Safety
Emergency first-aid preparedness at Levytekniikka has been enhanced with an automated external defibrillator (AED). This significantly improves our occupational safety and emergency response capabilities within our premises.
The Amoul® i5 defibrillator is designed to be simple and safe to use, ensuring that everyone can act effectively in an emergency. Information regarding the defibrillator is displayed at our main entrances and in the production area. It is also registered in the public defi.fi service.
The defibrillator is available to anyone in need, should the situation require it.
