CMA FTC 3015 CNC
The CMA FTC 3015 CNC is a drilling and threading centre for laser-cut metal parts, tubes and profiles. Its table can be split into two work areas, so one side is loaded while the other is being machined.

Laser cutting
A 6 kW Amada ORSUS 3015 AJe fibre laser with an automatic sheet store, and a 3 kW JFY EFC fibre laser.
Press brakes
12 press brakes, including Amada HFE 3i and HRB. Maximum bending capacity L = 3000 and F = 2250 kN. We can also bend cones and other demanding shapes.
Laser welding
Three fibre laser welding units. A clean, durable weld seam, and thin materials do not warp.
Welding
TIG, MIG/MAG, spot and stud welding.
Powder coating
Batch paint shop with modern Wagner Sprint powder coating equipment.
